  • Establish and track wellbeing metrics, collaborating with the Executive Team, Well-Being Committee, and stakeholders. Monthly updates and benchmarking for ongoing innovation.

    • Aim: Improve employee well-being, reduce absences and stress, and decrease turnover and burnout.
